Records & prescription received
Client provides digital scans, prescription requirements, treatment objectives, and timeline expectations through a preferred secure channel. Cases are logged immediately for planning.

Requirements reviewed
We review prescription feasibility, clarity of technical requirements, software/environment needs, and any clarifications required before planning begins.

Digital setup & planning
Digital setup, prescription-aligned staging, auxiliary planning where prescribed, and movement sequencing are completed with attention to delivery readiness.

QC & delivery
Independent QC checks prescription compliance, staging logic, and plan quality. Clinician feedback is handled through a documented revision loop, then the approved plan is delivered.
